I ran my first 10k last weekend. :) And then took a couple days off afterwards for 9 miles this week. A new total of 109, 1 away from my starting goal!
Welcome to the Get Moving Fitness Challenge (formerly known as the 100 Mile Fitness Challenge)!
We changed things up a bit for this go around. The goal for the challenge is to pledge to exercise for three months. The challenge begins January 1, 2012.

I passed my goal this week! I did 5.25 hours, leading me to a total of 40 hours flat. Yay!
I've run 94.37 miles. Almost there!
I walked 8 miles on the treadmill this week -
total = 67/100

3 more hours for a nice even total of 30. I've forgotten my goal...I need to go look!
Looks like everyone so far is having a GREAT week... I will add to that. I made it to mile marker 204!!! 36 to go.
I'm at 102.5 miles. Only 22.5 miles left to go. Looking good!
Emma: Four classes for me this week (not as many as I'd like) so the grand total is 43.

I've got 84 miles total. The weather is supposed to be gorgeous this week, so I see some slogging outside in my future.
